A group of youth from the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-ARF Dashnaktsutyun Party staged a protest outside of the embassy of Azerbaijan in Washington, and condemned Azerbaijan's recent military aggression against Armenia.

During the protest, however, the first secretary of the embassy came out of the embassy building, tore the banner posted on the fence of the embassy, and then openly hurled sexual insults at the women participating in the demonstration.

Even when entering back into the embassy building, this Azerbaijani “diplomat” publicly, openly, and repeatedly threatened to sexually harass the Armenian women who were protesting against the slaughter, torture, and dismemberment of Armenians by Azerbaijan.
