World oil prices stabilized Thursday morning after declining Wednesday, balancing the outcome of the U.S. Federal Reserve (Fed) meeting and foreign policy risks, trading data showed.

The price of November Brent crude futures is up 0.38%, to $90.17 a barrel, while November WTI futures are up 0.37%, to $83.25.
