Azerbaijan has opened fire in the direction of the combat positions at Kutakan village of Armenia. Independent MP Taguhi Tovmasyan, Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs of the National Assembly, wrote about this on Facebook Friday morning.

"Not long ago, I received an alert from the residents —who have become border guards—of Kutakan community of Gegharkunik [Province]: the enemy has opened fire—from firearms—in the direction of the local Armenian [combat] positions, and the residents of the Kutakan community are in the sight of the Azerbaijanis. At the moment, there is a skirmish going on, there is no information about casualties, the wounded," Tovmasyan wrote.
