The Supreme Judicial Council of Armenia adopted a decision Thursday, according to which, the powers of Aleksandr Azaryan as a judge of the Criminal Court of Appeal have been terminated—and based on Azaryan's respective petition.

The decision adds that Azaryan's aforesaid powers are considered terminated as of Thursday.
