Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a telegram of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin in connection with the human casualties of the Izhevsk incident.

"Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,

I learned with deep pain about the tragic incident at a school in the city of Izhevsk.

On behalf of the people of Armenia and on my own behalf, I ask you to convey the words of sincere sympathy and support to all those who lost their loved ones and relatives, and I also wish a speedy recovery to all the wounded," the telegram reads.
