Russia clearly expresses its position regarding force methods, as the only way to resolve the issues is the political and diplomatic way—on the basis of these trilateral agreements. Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin told reporters about this Thursday—and when asked whether there is a targeted statement from Russia and the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) regarding the recent Azerbaijani military aggression against Armenia.

"I believe it is a fairly clear expression of the position. And if we add this to the practical steps taken by Russia, which are always talked about publicly, then I believe that Russia's position can certainly be criticized. But it would be unfair not to admit that Russia invests a lot of effort and material and political capital, including by the highest leadership of the Russian Federation," the ambassador noted.

Kopirkin added that a draft decision by the CSTO Collective Security Council is being developed, and that it is designed to meet all existing expectations.
