Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that Ukraine now refuses to negotiate with Russia. According to him, Kiev is ready for negotiations, but with another Russian president.

"We are ready for a dialogue with Russia, but with another Russian president," Zelenskyy said in a statement published in the head of state's Telegram channel.

Earlier, Vladimir Zelensky said that if Russia holds referendums in the south of Ukraine, it will shut down "any possibility" of negotiations with the Ukrainian side. He stressed this week that Ukraine would have nothing to talk about with Vladimir Putin if Russia recognized the results of the referendums on the incorporation of the DPR, LPR, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions into Russia.

Today, the Russian president signed agreements on the inclusion of the new subjects into Russia.
