Secretary of the RA Security Council Armen Grigoryan met with a committee of deputy permanent representatives of NATO member states (DPRC) at the NATO headquarters in Brussels on Monday.

At the meeting Grigoryan presented the large-scale aggression carried out by the Azerbaijani armed forces on September 13, which resulted in the occupation of the sovereign territory of Armenia, stressing that the international community must continue to demand that Azerbaijan immediately withdraw its troops from the sovereign territory of Armenia.

The Secretary of the Security Council also presented the humanitarian crisis resulting from the aggression and the damage inflicted to the civil infrastructures. In this context he also spoke of the war crimes committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces, some of which those present were informed about. Armen Grigoryan also touched upon Armenia-NATO cooperation, the democratic management of Armenia's defense system, external threats to Armenia's democratization and answered the questions of those present.
