The tension between Yerevan and Baku can turn into an existential threat for Armenia. Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias said in an interview with Proto Thema's.

"The situation is complicated. Russia's substantial withdrawal from the region creates a new source of tension between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Tensions that can quickly turn into existential threats for Armenia.

These problems should be dealt with in a consistent manner. At the same time, it must be made clear that deviations from international law will have immediate consequences. I intend to raise these issues in my contacts with my European and American colleagues."
