Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received ‪Alexander Schutz‬, founding and executive director of Austrian C-Quadrat Investment Group and the delegation headed by him.

The Prime Minister stressed the importance of the participation of C-Quadrat Group (together with the German Ampega Asset Management Company) in the management of the pension funds in Armenia represented by C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia.

Alexander Schutz noted that Armenia is a reliable partner and C-Quadrat is interested in further participation in the development of the pension system of Armenia and in the establishment of long-term cooperation.

Issues related to the operation of the pension funds managed by C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia, their profitability, public awareness etc. were discussed during the meeting. Prime Minister Pashinyan was briefed on the current results, exchanged views on the challenges caused by the international financial and economic situation, as well as the importance of adequate response to the inflationary processes.

The Prime Minister stressed that the Government attaches great importance to providing quality services to the beneficiaries of the pension funds and active communication with the public, which will promote transparency, public accountability and public confidence, as well as effective implementation of the pension reform.
