Norway is deeply disturbed by reports and video footage of Azerbaijani soldiers executing unarmed Armenian prisoners. Helene Sand Andresen, the Ambassador of Norway to Georgia and Armenia, wrote this on Twitter.
“There must be a full and impartial investigation, those responsible [must be] held to account,” the Norwegian diplomat added, in particular.
