Armenian POWs illegally detained by Azerbaijan have been tortured and abused. US Congressman Adam Schiff wrote this on Twitter.
“Now, new video shows executions in cold blood. These are war crimes. The U.S. must hold Azerbaijan accountable. And all Armenian POWs must be safely returned home. Right now,” Schiff added.
