Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov advised those who leave Russia to wear skirts and change their names to women's names, RIA Novosti reported.
"I don't understand those who leave their homeland at a difficult time and go abroad. I advise such cowards to wear skirts and change their names to women's names. Although even women in our history have had the courage to fight to the end on a par with men," Kadyrov said.
The Chechen leader added that only partial mobilization has been announced in the country, but even this is enough for everyone to do their duty and offer their own skills, which are useful in battle.
