The Ukrainian side is responsible for the incident on the Crimean Bridge, according to the chairman of the State Council of Crimea.

"Ukrainian vandals have managed to reach the Crimean Bridge with bloody hands. They now have something to be proud of. During the 23 years of their rule, they could not build anything in Crimea, but they have managed to damage the Russian bridge. This is the whole essence of the Kiev regime and the Ukrainian state. Death and destruction is the only thing that works for them," Vladimir Konstantinov wrote on Telegram.

The damage to the Crimean Bridge will be quickly repaired, he noted.

"Of course, the reasons for the incident will be clarified. Fortunately, they are not serious," Konstantinov added.
