If Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev thinks that the indigenous Armenian people of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) have another place of residence other than the Republic of Artsakh, he is wrong. Artsakh Minister of State Artak Beglaryan announced this.

"Despite all difficulties, challenges and threats, we [the Armenians of Artsakh] will continue our struggle to live freely, independently, and safely in our homeland. The right to self-determination of the people of Artsakh has no alternative, the use of force and the threat of use of force in order to ensure the artificial supremacy of territorial integrity are unacceptable," Beglaryan added.
