 The German government has prepared an 11 million euro aid package for Ukraine, Der Spiegel weekly reports.

Fulfilling Kyiv' request to provide the AFU with winter gear, Germany will send 100,000 warm sweaters, a hundred heated tents, and several hundred portable power generators and pallets of dry rations to the front in the shortest possible time.

At the same time, Chancellor Olaf Scholz has refrained from supplying Ukraine with BMPs and battle tanks, the weekly said.
