A spontaneous rally began in Stepanakert's main square.

Talking to Armenian News-NEWS.am, rally participant Marat Stepanyan said that the citizens' demand has not changed; they demand from President Araik Harutyunyan to express a clear position on the statement adopted in Prague and the comments made by President Ilham Aliyev.

According to him, several hundreds of citizens have gathered, and there is also a large number of policemen on the spot. Stepanyan said he was aware of President Harutyunyan's visit to Armenia, but did not pin any hopes on him. "We know it's just an eyewash and nothing will change after this meeting, just more empty statements," he said.

A rally was also held in Stepanakert the day before, but the participants were unable to talk to Araik Harutyunyan. Artur Tovmasyan, Chairman of the National Assembly of Artsakh, met with them.
