The Chinese Foreign Ministry has called on its citizens to leave the territory of Ukraine, the Chinese state-run publication Global Times reported on Twitter.

The Chinese Embassy is ready to assist in organizing the departure, the report said.

At the beginning of the week, the Chinese office has already appealed to fellow citizens not to stay on the territory of Ukraine without an absolute necessity and in time to leave it when it is safe to do so. At the same time, the call to leave Ukraine was published by the U.S. Embassy.
