Head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, who is visiting Serbia, has announced an aid allocation of 165 million euros to Belgrade, as well as 500 million euros of investments.
According to her, it is very important that the Serbian authorities, as in other countries, can help the most vulnerable families and households, small and medium enterprises.
It is equally important to allocate 500 million euros for investments in infrastructure, von der Leyen said at a press conference broadcast on the European Commission's website.
She added that Serbia had made considerable progress on its EU accession path.
