Answering the question about the chances of signing—within the framework of the upcoming meeting between the Russian, Armenian, and Azerbaijani leaders in Sochi, Russia—a document on extending the mandate of the Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh, the Russian presidential spokesperson suggested waiting for this meeting.

"We have to wait for the meeting," Dmitry Peskov said, RIA Novosti reported.

Earlier in the day, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced his readiness to extend the mandate of the Russian peacekeepers in Karabakh for 10-20 years, and added that Russia should decide the respective timeframes.
