Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid congratulated Benjamin Netanyahu on winning the elections, according to his office. According to the final results, Netanyahu's bloc of supporters won 64 Knesset seats in the elections.

Lapid told Netanyahu that he has instructed all departments of the prime minister's office to prepare for an orderly transfer of power. "The State of Israel is above all political considerations," Lapid said. "I wish Netanyahu good luck for the people of Israel and the State of Israel."
