NATO supports the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan and welcomes EU efforts in this direction. NATO Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia Javier Colomina tweeted this. "Good news to see our partners  discussing border delimitation, a must to increase security on the ground. NATO supports the normalisation of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan and welcomes EU efforts towards that end, including hosting this talks and launching recently the EU monitoring mission," he said.                                       
The third meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani border delimitation commissions was held today in Brussels. According to the Armenian Foreign Ministry, "in order to determine the legal framework of the joint activities of the commission, the sides agreed to accelerate the work on the coordination of the joint activities of the State Border Delimitation and Border Security Commission between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the State Border Delimitation Commission between Azerbaijan and Armenia."
