The Russian Foreign Ministry's Special Representative for Promoting Normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani Relations, Igor Khovaev, will visit Baku, the deputy head of the Information and Press Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Ivan Nechayev, said.

He noted that Russian Foreign Ministry's special representative for regulation of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations Igor Khovaev has recently made a planned visit to Yerevan. "It made it possible to hold useful discussions with Armenian partners on the implementation of the agreements reached during the talks of the leaders of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan in Sochi on October 31. Igor Khovaev's trip to Baku is next in line," he noted.
