According to the main speaker, Minister of Justice of Artsakh, Zhirayr Mirzoyan, the extreme danger of high treason and espionage for a country engaged in war operations, in particular, in the conditions of martial law, has made it necessary to review the current regulations and impose the most severe punishment.
