The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry spread another disinformation for the second time during the day on November 22, according to a report spread by the press service of the Defense Ministry of Artsakh.

"On November 22, Azerbaijani Defense Ministry spread misinformation for the second time that from 09:17 to 14:48 Azerbaijani Defense Army units allegedly violated the ceasefire in different directions and opened fire in the direction of Azerbaijani positions," the statement says.
