A group of residents of Kichan and Ghazanchi villages have plowed their privatized arable lands, but they are unable to sow because of being under fire from the enemy. Davit Sargsyan from the "United Homeland" Faction said this at Wednesday’s session of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) National Assembly.

And he asked the President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, what measures were being taken to ensure the safety of the residents of such settlements.

In response, the president of Artsakh said: "Every day we negotiate with the [Russian] peacekeepers, we always respond to such cases and convey them, we try to provide solutions. We will try to present more details during the closed discussion. Azerbaijan hinders the implementation of agricultural work not only in that sector, in different sectors."
