Armenia never said that it is going to leave the CSTO; it is the CSTO that is leaving the region, and Armenia is concerned about that. The speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia said this Thursday to reporters.

"Our partners should be asked whether the CSTO has decided to leave the South Caucasus. If so, it should be announced loudly," Alen Simonyan added.

According to Simonyan, today the troops of a third country, Azerbaijan, are in the territory of a CSTO member country, Armenia.

"I don't know how the CSTO member countries can come to terms with it," he added.
