YEREVAN.  – Minister of Economy of Armenia Vahan Kerobyan received a delegation led by Eugene Zhukov, Director General of Central and West Asia Regional Department of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Armenia’s current projects with the ADB were discussed and new opportunities for cooperation were outlined, the Ministry of Economy of Armenia informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

During the meeting, the guests presented the new programs developed by the ADB—and in which Armenia can also be engaged. Zhukov noted that he was impressed by Armenia's macroeconomic indicators.

Minister Kerobyan, for his part, presented the economic reforms being implemented in Armenia, the programs being carried out toward construction of industrial parks, as well as investment opportunities in the country.

The steps being taken by the government to increase the investment appeal of Armenia were also touched upon.
