Growth of the world economy in 2023 will make 1,2 percent that is comparable to financial crisis indicator of 2008-2009, writes Bloomberg referring to research of Institute of International Finance.

Such a trend is due to the impact of the special operation.

The baseline scenario is that the fighting will drag on until 2024, said the analysts, who predict a serious pullback in the economy to financial crisis levels.

They also predict that the eurozone economy will decline by two percent and the U.S. economy will grow by one percent. Latin America's GDP growth could be 1.2 percent in 2023.
