The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense requests the Russian peacekeepers in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) not to use the name "Nagorno-Karabakh." Edmon Marukyan, Ambassador-at-Large of Armenia and Chairman of the Bright Armenia Party, noted this on Twitter Monday morning.
“AZ [(Azerbaijan)] must remember that 2 years ago [its] president Aliyev signed a trilateral ceasefire agreement where ‘Nagorno Karabakh’ is mentioned 5 times. That's the legal ground for Russia to use Nagorno Karabakh,” Marukyan added.
