Copper prices are rising on Wednesday, according to trading data. A weaker dollar, Chinese statistics and expectations for coronavirus restrictions in the country are influencing the trades.

March futures on copper went up 1.18% to $3.782 per pound (about 0.45 kg) on Comex exchange. At the end of Wednesday's trading on the London Metal Exchange (LME), the cost of a ton of copper with delivery in three months rose by 2.51% to $8,239, aluminum - by 4.12% to $2,477.5 and zinc - by 3.51% to $3,037.5.
