The EU calls on Armenia and Azerbaijan to seize the opportunity for a sustainable settlement, EU diplomacy chief Josep Borrell said, speaking at an OSCE ministerial meeting in Lodz.

Borrell said this is a historic opportunity to achieve a sustainable solution to the conflict in the South Caucasus. He said the EU urges Armenia and Azerbaijan to seize this opportunity.
