Washington plans to create obstacles for Russia in its interaction with a number of international organizations, including the Group of Twenty (G20), according to explanatory materials to the draft budget released Tuesday by the U.S. House Armed Services Committee.

The document includes a policy to exclude Russian representatives from the work of the G20, the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, the Financial Stability Board, the International Association of Insurance Supervisors, and the International Organization of Securities Commissions, and requires that necessary steps be taken to advance this policy, the text said.
