Because of the blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan, thousands of people are deprived of the right to proper nutrition, Artsakh Ombudsman Gegham Stepanyan wrote on Twitter.
"Due to the Artsakh blockade by Azerbaijan, thousands of people with special diets in various facilities (kindergartens, hospitals, psychiatric centers, orphanages, nursing homes etc ) are deprived of the right to proper nutrition," he wrote.
