Spanish police have detained one of the most wanted criminals, El Pais reported.
According to the newspaper, the 37-year-old detainee was a member of a criminal organization and specialized in computer technology. He was charged with torture, kidnapping and illegal possession of firearms.
The criminal group, of which the arrested person was a member, was involved, among other things, in stealing large quantities of drugs.
