David Babayan, the preceding Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), on Tuesday was appointed advisor to the Artsakh President and the latter’s representative-at-large. Babayan informed about this on Facebook.

“We will continue to serve our state and people. Today or tomorrow I will go live on Facebook. I shall announce the specific time half an hour before the broadcast. We will touch upon the situation in Artsakh, our actions and steps,” Babayan added.
