Yerevan Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan and Tehran Mayor Alireza Zakani signed an agreement on declaring Yerevan and Tehran sister-cities.
The Tehran city hall press office told NEWS.am that the parties also signed a document affirming their commitment to cooperation in transportation, urban development, culture, environmental protection, and other areas.
Hrachya Sargsyan invited his colleague to visit Yerevan.
