The Azerbaijani "activists" who have blocked the Lachin corridor—which links Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) to Armenia—have been keeping Artsakh under a complete blockade for 1.5 months, with slogans of fake environmental demands.
But it seems these “environmentalists” have more to do in Azerbaijani capital Baku than in ecologically clean Artsakh. And this shows again that behind what is happening in the Lachin corridor are political demands, not environmental ones.
Azerbaijani mass media quite often publish reports about the environmental problems of the Azerbaijani capital and regions. Haqqin.az published another such report, dedicating it to the opposite side of "oil wealth" for the materially insecure citizens of Azerbaijan.
