A new "ecological attack" has happened to the Azerbaijani authorities. This time Baku decided to demand the closure of the Armenian nuclear power plant, and "immediately."

Azerbaijani media reports quoting the Ombudsman's Office, Azerbaijani human rights commissioner Sabina Aliyeva appealed to international human rights organizations to suspend the operation of the Metsamor nuclear power plant in Armenia.

"Aliyeva's appeal to international human rights organizations states that in order to avoid another disaster similar to those in Chernobyl and Fukushima, the activity of the Metsamor NPP must be urgently stopped, and its radioactive waste must be taken under strict international control," the report says. As they say, there are new pseudo-ecologists among them.

All experts agree on the safety of the plant. The so-called Commissioner for Human Rights Sabina Aliyeva has never visited the Armenian captives held in Azerbaijan, never condemned the massacre of the Armenian captives, never condemned the Bacchanalia of aggression against Armenians.
