A new opposition will appear in Armenia and try to fight for power, political analyst Argishti Kiviryan told reporters on Wednesday.
He added that those who will try to apply for this role must be ready for external challenges, because opponents will interfere with Armenia in every possible way.
Kiviryan called Armenia's biggest problem the fact that it has been preparing exclusively for a defensive war for 30 years. "But no matter how well you defend yourself, this defense with constant strikes will sooner or later collapse," the expert noted.
He expressed confidence that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is playing on the feelings of the Armenian society, which experienced a heavy war and losses. "It is easy to frighten a losing society with a new war and offer a so-called peace. Pashinyan doesn't really know what peace is," he concluded.
