A 100-year-old British woman has revealed the secret of her long and happy life, writes the Mirror. According to her, she has always avoided unfamiliar men.

Olive Westerman says she has worked with small children all her life and this too may have kept her alive until she is 100. But she's sure: Avoiding casual strangers is her main secret to longevity.

Westerman met her anniversary at the nursing home. Facility staff congratulated the woman and continued a tradition started by her late husband, Sam, by giving her a bottle of her favorite perfume.
