Ankara currently sees no point in meetings with Finland and Sweden on their accession to NATO, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on the suspension of negotiations, Reuters reported.

The minister added that Ankara has not received an official proposal to separate the Swedish and Finnish applications to NATO in order to accelerate the admission of Helsinki into the alliance, with which Turkey has not disagreed during the negotiations.
