The International Committee of the Red Cross mediated and accompanied 18 citizens, including children, from Armenia to Artsakh on January 27, Zara Amatuni, head of communications programs of the ICRC delegation to Armenia, told NEWS.am.

She said that two citizens were transferred from Artsakh to Armenia.
