With the mediation and accompaniment of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), 19 people were transferred from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) to Armenia Monday morning to reunite with their families. Eteri Musayelyan, public relations officer of the ICRC mission in Artsakh, told Armenian News-NEWS.am about this.

On January 27, people were transferred from Armenia to Artsakh and vice versa, with the mediation and accompaniment of the Red Cross.

On January 20, four people were transferred from Artsakh to Armenia, and one person was transferred from Armenia to Artsakh, accompanied by the Red Cross, for the purpose of family reunification.

As of January 27, and due the ongoing Azerbaijani blockade of Artsakh, 49 medical patients have been transferred from Artsakh to Armenia with the mediation and accompaniment of the Red Cross.
