Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) office visited the Armenian detainees in Azerbaijan in January. Zara Amatuni, Communication and Prevention Program Manager of the ICRC Armenia office, told Armenian News-NEWS.am this information.
"During the meeting, the detainees had a telephone conversation with their family members, letters and recorded videos were also transferred," Amatuni added.
