The explosion happened in the Pakistani city of Peshawar, there are many victims, reports television channel Dawn.
According to the TV channel, the explosion occurred near the Peshawar police station. The area of the explosion has been cordoned off and a state of emergency has been declared in the city.
Police have not yet confirmed whether the blast was a terrorist attack.
