On January 30, Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United States Lilit Makunts briefed U.S. Congressman John Duarte on the security situation in the South Caucasus and around Armenia, as well as the consequences of Azerbaijan's blocking the Lachin corridor.

The U.S. Embassy's press service told Armenian News-NEWS.am that the two discussed the bilateral relations and their prospects.
