The border between Azerbaijan and Turkey in Nakhijevan has opened.

According to Azerbaijani media, from February 1, private cars are allowed to travel through the customs border crossing Sadarak, located in the Nakhijevan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan.

The closure of the checkpoint was formally explained by measures to combat the spread of the coronavirus.
