The Canadian government has imposed sanctions on additional 38 Russian citizens and 16 entities

Russian Armenian comedian Mikhail Galustyan, famous singer Dima Bilan, actor Marat Basharov, singer Nadezhda Babkina, TV presenter Dana Borisova, and several others have been added on Canada's aforesaid sanctions list.

In the respective news release by the Canadian government, it is noted that the aforementioned persons are "complicit in peddling Russian disinformation and propaganda."

Among the abovementioned entities are Russian mass media RIA Novosti, MIA Rossiya Segodnya, etc.
