The authorities of the state of Texas have resumed building a wall along the border with Mexico after months of negotiations with private property owners, Fox News TV reported on Monday.

As the TV channel notes, the border wall project had been developed for several months, after which the state authorities approved the signing of a contract for $167 million with the construction company.
